First time here, and it definitely didn't disappoint! My husband had been raving about this place from the time we met, and I have to say it lived up to the hype. Absolutely delicious roast beef, delicious sourdough roll, and overall huge sandwich! 10/10!

I asked the guy at the sporting goods store where to get a great deli sandwich because I don't get over to Fairfield that often, and I'm kinda lost over here. So, after he handed me the Trifelter Stabilizers for the Burlyshoot, he thought for a second and spurted out Joe's Buffet...Best sandwiches in town! So, off I went. And you know what...he was absolutely right! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

Joe’s Buffet is an absolute must have in Fairfield. The sandwiches are huge & delicious!!! The Joe’s special of roast beef and pastrami delicious, the turkey incredible, & the roast beef alone is soo good! The Ajou sauce takes every bite over the edge!! You won’t be disappointed with the sandwich!

First time visit for me at Joes in downtown fairfield. Roast beef sandwiches were delicious and tender. Dipping sauce was great. What a treat it was for lunch. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Blast from the past!! If you want a classic American deli sandwich that is not light on the meats this is the spot. Thin freshly sliced roast beef on a roll with some pickles! Good hard working staff ! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

A classic luncheonette with daily fresh roasted beef! Also ham, turkey, or pastrami, all fresh sliced in front of you. Classic sides (roasted potatoes, Mac and cheese, green salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, etc). Love this place, people are so friendly, and generous

I don’t know where anyone got the idea that people would pay $14 for a sandwich. The food here was great. But I won’t be returning because of the prices. I really liked them and that’s a shame. I’ve went here since I was a kid. If this place wants to raise their prices like the rest of California then Joes Buffet can rot and furlough for all I care. I’m not going to support inflation. If you want to go from $8 to $14 a sandwich. Good riddance.
